HOMEWORK: Review (ALL) Book p. 44, and study Unit 3 vocabulary. The Vocabulary test will be on Wednesday (Feb 3rd), but we'll play some review games on Monday (Feb 1st) so it would be good if you knew the words for the games.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! It sounds like you all had nice holidays. I really enjoyed mine, and am ready to get back to work, nose to the grindstone ;-)

For those of you who haven't been able to make it to class, here's what we've done this week:

1. Talk about holidays (naturally)
2. Unscramble a jumbled story after finding the correct word for each gap
3. Take the first Writing Test (today, Wednesday)
